Throughout my life I have focused my businesses and my energy on the most vulnerable people in society and supported them through life’s barriers, using one-to-one Coaching, Training and development and group interventions.

I am a great advocate of Personal Development, Fulfilment and life’s purpose. If you don’t find your own purpose, you will end up carrying someone else’s.
